Nope. You can get a body piercing with parental permission in Alaska, but you can't get a tat until you're 18.

most places do it starting at age 16 as long as you have parental consent

NO, i hate it its so unfair...i live in alaska too and you HAVE to be 18. I am more mature then half the adults getting tattoos. Im 15 and i will be turning 16 in january. Can you really get one in canada because its really not that far away from alaska and if you can it would be worth the trip!
